Circleville Event on for Quincy weekend.
Quincy has been canceled due to flooding, but a resplacement event has been organized ..detailed from Jeff Brown....
Circleville Raceway in Ohio will put on a Vintage event so we have somewhere to go play. The event will be friday and sat. June 20 and 21st . There will be practice friday and Sat with racing sat afternoon. The cost will be aprox. $60.00 per driver and $10.00 for a pit pass. This is short notice and will be a group effort by the vintage karters to help out and make it safe and fun. The track is nice and is used by a local club and run professionally. He will attempt to use the VKA format including a BBQ Kart Show etc,
Mainly this is to have fun, be safe and in no intent to compete with Quincy. We all feel terrible for Gus and Terry and hope to get down there in Oct.

Quincy is On....
With the rising flood waters in the Midwest, it prompted me to call TNT Raceway and get a status report on the levees in Quincy. Terry Traeder advises that the Mississippi River is up but not near the height of the levees. The track is dry, the levees are in great shape, and they are full steam ahead on having the vintage event next week 06/19-21/08.

New Upgraded VKA Message Board
A significant software upgrade of the message board was just completed. Use the menu links on this homepage to access the new message board (previous bookmarks will not access the new message board, only the old deactivated one). User names and passwords are the same as before.
